Strength Training

Basic Strength Training starts at 2 sessions per week.

High Intensity Training is also available - depending on the type of equipment available and your training history - at 1 or 2 sessions per week.  

Fitness consulting is also available. Contract length will vary depending on your current level of health, which can be determined by filling out the form below.
