By devoting 3 consecutive months to your bodybuilding regime, you can expect significant improvements in total body strength and body composition.

By devoting 6 months to your fitness goals, you can expect significant improvements in total body strength, and moderate improvements in your body composition. Instructions for off days are built into your program.
