6 month program: $279

By devoting 6 consecutive months to your fitness goals, you can expect significant improvements in total body strength, and moderate improvements in body composition. Nutritional guidance is provided with a 6 month program, along with weekly check-ins. De-loading weeks and off days are built into your program.

12 month program: $499

By devoting an entire year to your fitness goals, you can expect significant improvements in total body strength, and substantial improvements in body composition. Nutritional guidance is provided with a 12 month program, along with weekly check-ins. Instructions for de-loading weeks as well as off weeks are built into your program.
